Terms of Use

By using Bleeped Audiobooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Subscription Terms

Bleeped offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The subscription price is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, depending on where you subscribed. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

2. Content Filtering Disclaimer

Bleeped uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to detect and filter explicit content in audiobooks, including profanity, sexual content, and violence. This technology is not perfect. Bleeped does not guarantee that all explicit content will be detected, filtered, or correctly classified. Some words, sentences, phrases, or passages may be missed, incorrectly flagged, or misclassified. You acknowledge and agree that Bleeped and its operators are not responsible or liable for any content that is not detected, not filtered, or misclassified by the filtering system. Use of filtered audiobooks is at your own discretion.

3. User Uploaded Content

Bleeped allows you to upload your own audiobook files for content filtering. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and use any content you provide. Bleeped does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Uploaded audio is processed for filtering purposes only and is not shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Bleeped app (excluding user-uploaded content and third-party audiobook content) are owned by Bleeped and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

5. Copyright and DMCA Policy

Bleeped respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks the same of everyone who uses it. Bleeped is a filtering service: you upload audiobook files that you own, and Bleeped filters them for your personal use. Each filtered file is available only to the account that created it, and Bleeped does not sell, share, or distribute your files to anyone else. You may only upload content you have the legal right to use.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Bleeped responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleeped and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from content that was not filtered, incorrectly filtered, or misclassified. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content filtering will be accurate or complete.
